The Corfu Lockdown-Letup Explore!

Hi there! breaking away from the UK for a week to explore as much of Corfu as I can, by hired car (for four days) and by hired boat for a day, plus buses and scooters if necessary as well! I'm staying in the West of the island near Issos Beach and Lake Korission. I have some family and friends in Corfu so will be visiting them as well while picking up some more info on where to eat and visit. I'm open to suggestions and having an explore as this is only my second trip. My first trip was in 2017 and it was fantastic - we went horse-riding, diving, hired a boat and visited the fort in Corfu Town and even got to explore an abandoned hotel. We travelled round some of the island on a very dodgy and raggedy, yet charming old 50cc scooter! This time it's just myself coming and I intend seeing and doing even more (and hiring a car instead!).

Places I want to see: Corfu town, Lake Korission, Old Perithia abandoned town, Mirtiotissa Beach and touring the coast via private-hire boat for the day, Paxos Antipaxos blue Caves if there's still availability. I really enjoy museums, galleries and window-shopping as well. I'd also be interesed in the nightlife (restaurants, bars and clubs) as well if going with someone or in a group. Open to suggestions.

Things I want to do: Boat hire, swimming, snorkelling, exploring some abandoned places if possible (urbex), seeing museums and generally getting a feel for the place and grabbing some pictures and video. Maybe doing something practical as well perhaps - pottery?? Could try some extreme sports as well, still seeing what's available to do and within budget.
