I would like to say lake titicaca, Lima, Machu pichu, one of the most famous beaches in Peru, and an amazonian excursion with many birds and wildlife. If possible hike to Machu Pichu. In terms of Mexico I wanted to do Tequila and Mexico City, but there are a lot of things to do in the region down south like the cenotes caves and other ecotourism that I am considering.
