My favorite thing to do while traveling is to learn as much as possible how local people behave and think differently from others in other places. So my goal is to maybe glace at the regular tourist sights, but spend most of my time in the streets and markets, looking, watching, asking questions, trying food that I have no idea what it is but always find it delicious.
