Places I want to see: Day 1: May 25 – Arrival in Chandigarh/Delhi Arrive at Chandigarh/Delhi airport in the evening. Transfer to your hotel and relax. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Day 2: May 25 – Chandigarh/Delhi to Manali (Approx. 300 km / 8-9 hours) Pick up the self-drive Thar and RB bike. Start your journey from Chandigarh/Delhi to Manali. En route, you can visit places like Kullu Valley, Pandoh Dam, and Kullu Shawl Factory. Reach Manali by evening and check into your hotel. Estimated cost per place: Kullu Valley – INR 500 (entry fees, if any), Pandoh Dam – Free, Kullu Shawl Factory – No entry fees. Day 3: May 26 – Manali to Jispa (Approx. 140 km / 5-6 hours) After breakfast, start your drive from Manali to Jispa. Enjoy the scenic beauty of Rohtang Pass, Keylong, and Baralacha La en route. Reach Jispa and check into your accommodation. Estimated cost per place: Rohtang Pass – INR 550 (entry fees, if any), Baralacha La – No entry fees. Day 4: May 27 – Jispa to Leh (Approx. 340 km / 9-10 hours) Leave Jispa and continue your journey to Leh. Pass through the picturesque villages of Darcha, Zingzingbar, and Sarchu. Cross the mighty Taglang La Pass, the second-highest motorable pass in the world. Arrive in Leh and check into your hotel. Estimated cost per place: Taglang La Pass – No entry fees. Day 5: May 28 – Leh – Local Sightseeing Explore the local attractions in Leh. Visit Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, Hall of Fame, and Leh Market. Take some time to acclimatize to the high altitude. Explore Diskit Monastery and enjoy the sand dunes of Hunder. Optional: You can take a camel ride on the double-humped Bactrian camels in Hunder. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley. Day 7: May 30 – Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso (Approx. 150 km / 5-6 hours) Leave Nubra Valley and drive towards the mesmerizing Pangong Tso Lake. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake and spend some time by its shore. Overnight camping near Pangong Tso. Estimated cost per place: Pangong Tso Lake – INR 200 (entry fees, if any). Day 8: May 31 – Pangong Tso to Leh (Approx. 150 km / 5-6 hours) After breakfast, start your journey back to Leh. En route, visit Hemis Monastery and Thiksey Monastery. Return to Leh and spend the evening at leisure. Estimated cost per place: Hemis Monastery – INR 100, Thiksey Monastery – INR 30. Day 9: June 1 – Leh to Srinagar (Approx. 430 km / 11-12 hours) Leave Leh and drive to Srinagar via the scenic Srinagar-Leh Highway. Enjoy the stunning landscapes of Drass Valley, Kargil, and Sonamarg. Reach Srinagar and check into your hotel. Estimated cost per place: Drass Valley – Free, Sonamarg – INR 50 (entry fees, if any). Day 10: June 2 – Srinagar to Chandigarh/Delhi (Approx. 550 km / 12-13 hours) After breakfast, depart from Srinagar and start your journey back to Chandigarh/Delhi.
