Relaxing Week in the Algarves

I am planning on spending a week in the Algarves from April 13 to April 20. I already booked a hotel but accidentally booked a room for two lol. But now I think that's a good thing! I plan to stay in Lagos. From there it appears that there are many tour options to do, including dolphin watching, cruises, wine tours, etc. Or we could just stay on the beach, either way is fine :)
