Plan to fly into Buenos Aires . Spend a few days there . Then fly to Ushuaia . Take a bus journey (long approx 20 hours, but beautiful and also 1 night stay taken care of) to El calafete . Hike to mount Fitzroy . Make way to Puerto Natales across the border to chile and hike Torres del paine . Then fly to Santiago ( or back to Buenos Aires)
