Trip to China Coming Up Soon! ??✈️ In just a few days, I’m heading off to China for what promises to be an unforgettable adventure. My itinerary is a mix of iconic landmarks, local street food hunts, cultural deep-dives, and maybe a little bit of getting lost in hidden alleyways (the good kind!). ? First Stop: Beijing I’ll land in Beijing and spend a few days exploring the heart of the capital. First on my list: the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and of course, a hike on the Great Wall, I’m thinking the Mutianyu section for fewer crowds and amazing views. I’ll also try some classic Beijing duck and see a traditional Peking opera show if time allows. ? Then: Xi’an A quick hop over to Xi’an to see the famous Terracotta Warriors. I’m also really looking forward to biking on top of the ancient city wall and diving into the Muslim Quarter for some spicy lamb skewers and hand-pulled noodles. ? Next Up: Guilin & Yangshuo After that, I’m heading south to Guilin. I’ve been dreaming about the Li River cruise, floating past those surreal karst mountains. I’ll chill out in Yangshuo afterward, maybe rent a scooter and cruise around the rice fields and villages. ? Final Stop: Shanghai Finally, I’ll wrap up in Shanghai. I’m excited to walk along the Bund at night with all the neon lights reflecting off the river. I’ll check out the Yu Garden, get lost in French Concession streets, and eat everything from soup dumplings to stinky tofu.
