Exploring Xinjiang in Autumn
1. 9. - 21. 9. 2025 (21 day trip)
China
I live in Beijing and plan to travel to Xinjiang this autumn. I am looking for travel buddies who share my interests to join me on this trip and split the car rental costs. I am open-minded and passionate about history and traveling. I hope to find like-minded companions to explore Xinjiang together. The 2-3 week Southern Xinjiang trip in September starts in Kashgar to explore its old town and bazaars, then visits Tashkurgan and Karakul Lake for mountain views. Next is Hotan for Uyghur culture and the Jade Bazaar, followed by a desert adventure in the Taklimakan Desert. Finally, it includes Kuqa’s ancient Buddhist caves and ends in Bayingolin with desert oasis and forests. The trip combines culture, history, and nature.
