Things I want to do: I've always wished to visit El Celler de Can Roca, it is one of Spain’s most celebrated fine, dining experiences, it is a 3 Michelin star destination that’s long been at the pinnacle of global gastronomy. Imagine enjoying an elegant dinner where the moment you’re most looking forward to is their signature dessert, 'A Trip to Havana', where ice cream is presented in a cylinder of dark chocolate, to create a cigar, and served with a mojito. The next adventure is skiing at the Baqueira Beret. It is considered one of the best ski resorts in Spain due to its 155 skiable kilometers.
