I have never been to Japan, looking for folks to share it with, but not necessarily with a tightly planned fixed everyone-must-do itinerary. More looking for a group that may plan some level of joint meetups and activities, and yet do other stuff on their own. Definitely focused on staying in hotels, and doing comfortable transit - not roughing it. I honestly don't care if others work, but I'll be taking the time off.
