I am planning a 10-day trip to the Maldives. Upon arrival in Malé, I will take a seaplane to the resort island and stay in an overwater villa with direct access to the sea. I plan to spend the first two days relaxing—strolling along the beach, enjoying spa treatments, and watching the sunset. Afterward, I will go snorkeling and diving to explore the beautiful coral reefs and tropical fish, and take a yacht excursion to see dolphins. During the trip, I also want to savor local seafood, enjoy a candlelight dinner by the seaside, and set aside a day to visit a local inhabited island to experience authentic Maldivian life. On the final day, I will enjoy a leisurely breakfast and take some photos before returning to Malé for my flight home.

Places I want to see: For my trip to the Maldives, I most want to visit Malé to experience the local culture, while also staying at a private resort island with stunning scenery and an overwater villa. During the day, I would go snorkeling on the reefs to explore the tropical fish in the crystal-clear waters; in the evening, I would watch the sunset from a sandbank and take a yacht out to sea in search of dolphins. If time permits, I would also like to visit a local inhabited island to get a glimpse of the authentic, laid-back daily lives of the Maldivian people.
