Trip from North Sulawesi to South Sulawesi

Hey guys, at short notice I am planning a trip to Sulawesi in September/October. Wanted to start in Manado in North Sulawesi and make my way through to Makassar in the South. I scheduled around 4 weeks for this trip, which should be enough to spend enough time at different places all over Sulawesi. Itinerary is still a bit vague, but I would like to have a good mix of relaxing at beaches/islands, snorkeling, exploring cities and cultures as well as some jungle trekking and volcano hiking. And of course lots of different food! :) I have been travelling around SE Asia and Indonesia (Java, Sumatra) for 6 months in 2015, so also have some experience when it comes to bargaining, uncomfortable bus rides and unexpected things that can happen during a trip!
