I am going to Asia for the first time. I'm flying directly to Shanghai from YVR on November 22nd and will arrive at 16:00 on Nov 23rd. I am taking the bullet train to Beijing on November 25th and flying to Bangkok on November 28th. Flying back from Shanghai to Vancouver on December 2nd. I booked the Blue Mountain Bund hostel in Shanghai, Leo Hostel in Beijing and Bed Station Khaosan in Bangkok.

Places I want to see: I want to see Pandas, the Shanghai Tower, the Bund (night), People's Square and the old city, in Shanghai. My highest priority is to tour the Great Wall (away from the crowds), walk through Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, visit the Olympic site, the Summer Palace and Park in Beijing. In Bangkok I want to check out Nana Plaza, Chinatown and Khao San Road.
Things I want to do: I want to eat Peking Duck and Jianbing. I see a Chinese Acrobats show, hang out on the roof at Vertigo, find a ping pong show that is not a scam. Check out BarBar Fetish Club.
