I have worked for over ten years as a tour guide for some tour operators offering adventure travel. Have done trekkings with small and larger groups in the high mountains of Europe, in the wild areas of Scotland and the deserts of the Middle East.

Adventurer
From a young age with only a backpack done solo trekking through wildernesses in Europe, the Rocky Mountains and other parts of the world. Have visited countries in Eastern and Southern Africa and discovered that this is where my heart lies. Part of my soul is now intertwined with the soul of Africa.

Ecologist and Wildlife Expert
As an ecologist with a degree in daily life, I am involved in issues related to the environment and ecology. The last ten years mainly specialized in the subject of nature conservation and management of wildlife. I have conducted several studies into the effects of human actions on wild animals. The well-being of us humans is intimately related to the well-being of wild animals and the natural environment that surrounds us. For me - One Health has become more than a philosophy.

In the past years I have lectured and presented at international conferences on his field and specifically on wildlife conservation.

And - also very important – I can also just enjoy a beer or glass of wine with you at an African braai. I enjoy a good – or sometimes totally pointless - conversation, a good laugh together and going out till late at night.
