In 2016, I flew roughly 170,000 miles ... all of it for personal travels. I rarely spend a weekend at home, unless I have friends visiting or there are some special events. I get around Chicago enough during the week to find that balance.

Travel style

Most of my travels are predicated these days by catching up with friends in other places. I will literally get up and go anywhere, even if only for a weekend. I take about 5 one-week long vacations a year, on top of frequent long weekends, any and everywhere. Just give me a reason and I'm on a plane!
